River & Flames began with a simple idea: create great food, serve it with genuine hospitality, and build something we could be proud to call our own.

We're Brayden and Elicia, a husband-and-wife team who share a passion for food, community and bringing people together. After years working in hospitality, we decided to take the leap and open River & Flames in Grafton, combining our experience with a love of smokehouse-inspired cooking and quality café food.

Brayden is a qualified chef with a passion for smoked meats, creating menus and bringing bold flavours to every dish. Elicia focuses on the customer experience, business operations and helping clients bring their events to life. Together, we work closely with every customer to make sure their event is memorable for all the right reasons.

What started as a small local café has quickly grown into a catering business serving weddings, corporate events, birthdays, celebrations and community gatherings throughout the Clarence Valley.

As a family-owned business, we understand how important food is to any event. Whether we're catering for a workplace lunch, a wedding, or a backyard celebration, our goal is always the same — to provide restaurant-quality food, friendly service and an experience that people remember.
